フランスのCarrefourは、新しい地方向けの店舗フォーマットContactを、4つのエリア（Saint-Xandre (Charente-Maritime), Melgven (Finistère) 、Tassin (Rhône) Fauquembergues（Pas-de-Calais）に出店をした。
Contactは、Bio and more moreというコンセプトで、設計されており、飲食エリアも併設。
